Cancellation Policy

Retention Charges:

• 15% of the booking amount will be charged for cancellations made more than 10 days before the arrival date.
• 30% of the booking amount will be charged for cancellations made between 5 to 10 days before the arrival date.
• 50% of the booking amount will be charged for cancellations made between 3 to 5 days before the arrival date.
• 100% of the booking amount will be charged for cancellations made within 3 days of the arrival date.

No Claim Policy:

The hotel maintains a strict No Claim policy for amounts paid on short stays and unused facilities.
